Please ensure that the product is sufficiently secure and protected during transport. Be sure to use bubble-wrap and a box. If the product is damaged in transit we will not accept liability and will not be able to replace it with another unit.
When sending products to us, please be sure to use tracked mail, if the product is lost during transit we will not accept any liability.

Yes, we do add shipping costs at the point of puchase, which are based on the shipping company rates, plus packaging costs.

Can I customize my pedal?

We can make some customizations to your pedal, for example we offer a range of custom antique enclusures which can be populated with one or sometimes 2 of our circuits. These enclusures and the work involved in creating custom pedals is chargable. Please use our contact form to request custom builds and we will discuss the details and agree a price with you.
